　　I.Product Features

　　1.Fan Impeller:Made of high-quality aluminum alloy,this impeller features large air volume,low noise,and high efficiency.When equipped with bidirectional reversible blades,it can achieve bidirectional ventilation from the same installation position.The blade angle can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the air supply requirements when static,allowing for both supply and exhaust ventilation.

　　2.Fan Motor:Uses an IP54 protection rating and F-class insulation motor.If equipped with an H-class insulation motor,the product can operate continuously in a high-temperature environment of 300℃/45min.Explosion-proof motors,dual-speed motors,and variable frequency motors are also available.

　　3.Fan Housing:Can be made of aluminum alloy or steel plate.The overall structural strength of this fan is designed for an extreme outdoor wind speed of 50 m/s,providing excellent wind resistance.

　　4.Wind Cap:Can be made of aluminum alloy or galvanized sheet.The flat,streamlined,modular wind cap features patented technology,is lightweight,high-strength,has low wind resistance,and ensures smooth ventilation.

　　5.Air Valves:Employ gravity-driven automatic closing or electrically driven opening and closing types.Gravity-driven automatic closing air valves have a hot-dip galvanized sheet frame and aluminum alloy louvers;electrically driven opening and closing air valves use aluminum alloy insulated louvers,preventing condensation and backflow,making them particularly suitable for use in cold northern regions.Dual-purpose for smoke exhaust and ventilation,with optional smoke exhaust fire dampers.Both the fan and smoke exhaust fire dampers have passed national fire protection product type tests.

　　6.Stable Operation:This fan has low rotational inertia and excellent balance quality,achieving the G2.5 balance quality level of the ISO 1940 standard.The entire unit undergoes mechanical operation tests,vibration tests,and aerodynamic tests to ensure stable and reliable operation,effectively extending the fan's service life and reducing noise and vibration.
