This series of fans is available in eight sizes based on impeller diameter:300,425,500,575,675,750,900,and 1000.Airflow ranges from 1275 m³/h to 55215 m³/h,with a maximum static pressure of 650 Pa.

　　The fan consists of an impeller,motor,casing,fan cap,collector,mounting bracket,transmission device,and damper.

　　I.Product Features

　　1.Fan Impeller:Utilizing advanced technology and optimized design,the high-and low-pressure aluminum alloy impellers are manufactured through multiple processes including stamping,molding,and die forming.They feature a compact structure and are characterized by large airflow,low noise,and high efficiency.

　　2.Fan Motor:Uses an IP54 protection rating and F-class insulation motor.If equipped with an H-class insulation motor,the product can operate continuously at 300℃/45min.Explosion-proof motors,dual-speed motors,and variable frequency motors are also available.

　　3.Casing:The overall structural strength of this fan is designed for extreme outdoor wind speeds of 50m/s.The fan is made of aluminum alloy,processed with stretching and edge rolling,improving the fan's aesthetics,reducing its weight,lowering the strength requirements of the roof foundation,and providing good wind resistance while ensuring sufficient strength.

　　4.Wind Cap:Made of high-quality aluminum alloy,integrally stretched and edge-rolled.Lightweight,high-strength,and with low wind resistance.

　　5.Collector:Employs a superior and rational design,using a one-piece forming process to ensure a perfect fit between the impeller guide and the air inlet,effectively controlling airflow organization.The hyperbolic air inlet conforms to fluid mechanics,significantly reducing inlet noise and improving fan efficiency.

　　6.Fixed Bracket:CNC blanking and forming;multi-station CNC punching machine processes the fixing holes,facilitating installation.

　　7.Transmission Device:This series of fans adopts both belt drive and direct drive methods.

　　8.Air Valves:Gravity-driven automatic closing or electric-driven opening and closing types are used.The gravity-driven automatic closing air valve frame is made of hot-dip galvanized sheet,and the louvers are made of aluminum alloy;the electric-driven opening and closing air valve blades are made of aluminum alloy insulated louvers,preventing condensation and backflow,especially suitable for use in cold northern regions.It can be used for both smoke exhaust and ventilation;a smoke exhaust fire damper is optional.Both the fan and the smoke exhaust fire damper have passed the national fire protection product type test.

　　9.Installation and Maintenance:The motor protective cover adopts a snap-locking structure,making operation convenient,time-saving,and labor-saving.

　　10.Smooth Operation:This fan has low rotational inertia and excellent balance quality,reaching the ISO 1940 standard G2.5 balance quality level.The entire unit undergoes mechanical operation tests,vibration tests,and aerodynamic tests to ensure stable and reliable operation,effectively extending the fan's service life and reducing noise and vibration.

　　1.This series of fans is limited to conveying gases that do not contain solid particles(not exceeding 150mg/m3).

　　2.Fan sound pressure level test:Measured at 1.5m from the fan inlet.

　　3.Fans of the same model number can also be manufactured as axial flow roof fans,provided that the air volume and air pressure requirements are met.
